1. App Installation & Updates

  • Q: How do I install the app?
    A: Download the app from the App Store.

  • Q: How do I update the app?
    A: Updates are available via the App Store. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and check the Updates tab.

2. Performance & Bugs

  • Q: The app is running slowly or crashing.
    A: Make sure you have the latest version of the app. Restart your device, and if the problem continues, please let us know.

  • Q: I found a bug or have suggestions.
    A: We appreciate your feedback. Please provide detailed information so we can investigate further.

3. MIDI Setup

  • Q: I can’t see my MIDI device A: Make sure it is connected to your IPAD using the ad-hoc cable or your bluetooth connection

  • Q: It seems no MIDI message is being sent. A: Make sure your MIDI device is connected and then try to send a message using VALUES preset with random different values to one of the MIDI channel/CC port as indicated in your Synth/Groovebox manual. For instance on the Polyend Tracker, by default CC data is using MIDI Channel 4 by default.
